Get Low DVD

Not much sparkle to the title. It wouldn't inspire me to watch or rent if I wasn't a DVD renting junkie. Note: THAT should have been the title of my blog, but "junkie" isn't really a word you want paired with "mom". Jenny-ways, (yes, that's what I said) this super awesome cast actually work magic into this beautifully filmed unique story. Bobby D aka Robert Duvall is superb, duh. Bill Murry is perfectly cast and shines in his role. Sissy Spacek is delightful, of course. Lucas Black gets some credibility for the drama (cuz Fast and Furious: Tokyo Drift, is not a big boy movie.) Together they play scene to scene with a mixture of well-contained confusion, sorrow, joy, and awe. The movie is visually stunning and altogether beautiful.
